Steady Exercise

I always seem to begin exercising throughout the year for maybe 3 months and then i end up stopping. It sucks because it makes progress hard to accomplish because once i've exercised for a while i stop, gain the weight back, and have to lose that same weight all over again. I just recently started working out again and im hoping this time ill break the chain and consistently work out through the year.
